I love the irony of this picture. A 50 yr old weapon that works and a 1 yr old uniform that doesn't. At least he has the right idea when it comes to firepower, but I probably shouldn't bust him because his CO might have all his men wear the damn ACU.

I'm not a big fan of the chop mod stock, nor of the pistol grip, and Seal27 haha I couldn't agree more, but he is 82nd Airborne, and I'm pretty sure all Airborne is issued ACU, I know 101st and 82nd were.

Thanks for reminding me that not everyone's insane. By the way I've taken to refering to it as the "Asinine Combat Uniform." A friend of mine went to Iraq to (not PSC or military, maybe a spook) and guess what he wore? Desert tigerstripe, Swore he'd never touch the ACU

thanks for everything..stay strong .. an stay good looking!!

typical ariborne fashion, everything on the weapon's tied down with 550...

personal prefrence aside the ACU and the Marine version prove to breakup an profile more than anything else. If you look at a land scape with ACU and something else the ACU will blend in more, it may look silly but it actually works better

on a side note guess who endorsed the Marine digital pattern and helped develop it, scout snipers from Marine Recon. No offense but if they say it works... it works

so you were a SEAL? why complain about army stuff? it is out of your league. go row a boat or something. ACUs work, I know from missions.
