Heres a pic of what even the best holster cant prevent. I did this when I didnt check a weapon to see if it was loaded...shows you even veteran/experienced handgunners fubar things occasionally.
3 Years later and its just a scar now...there are still no loaded guns allowed in my shop.....great rule!
